If you're not 100% happy with your product we will happily exchange it or offer a store credit.
Refunds are available where a product is faulty in line with the ACCC Act.
If you have made your purchase online please call us on 0452 183 226 to arrange your return. Change of mind returns back to the store are at the customers expense. If you require an exchange we ask that you please include a pre-paid self addressed satchel for your repalcement to be sent back to you. Alternatively we can send the item with our courier and charge you the shipping cost.
Please note all exchanges and returns must be in 'as new condition'. Items are required to be in an unworn and unwashed condition in original packagaing with the tags still attached. We unfortunately cannot exchange or offer a store credit where these conditions are not met.
Unfortunately swimwear and tights cannot be exchanged unless faulty due to hygeine reasons.
For faulty items, at times suppliers may require the product to be returned back to them for assesment prior to us being able to issue a refund.
We will work closely with you to ensure this process is completed smoothly.
