We do not offer refunds for change of mind. A refund or replacement will be offered for faulty items. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase if the item is in brand new/unused condition with the tags attached. A receipt must be presented at time of exchange. We operate Monday to Friday 9.00am until 4.30pm and Saturday from 9.00am until 1.00pm. We are closed Sundays and Public Holidays.

Yes we do price match, provided the below conditions are met:

  • The item must be in stock with both us and the competitor and must be able to be verified at the time of enquiry.
  • The item must be identical in colour, size, brand etc.
  • If we are price matching an online store, postage costs must be included.
  • We do not price match against floor or display stock.
  • We do not price match against advertising errors or misprints.
  • We do not price match discontinued lines, liquidators or online auction sites such as Ebay.
  • We do not price match special orders or items currently on layby or order.
  • No further discounts apply on price matching.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change and can be altered at any time.

MLE charge a flat rate of $12 for delivery Australia wide for all non bulky goods. Shipping on orders over $200 is free, excluding furniture, prams and bulk goods. For a shipping quote on bulky goods please contact us on (08) 9592 3572 or info@mummyslittleessentials.com.au to obtain a quote. We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. If you live in the WA metro area then delivery is usually within 24 – 48 hours from the time your order is dispatched. Shipping times to the East Coast of Australia and Queensland can vary from 5 – 10 business days.

Yes! Delivery of bulky goods is available free of charge within a 15km radius of our shop for all purchases over $500. Please enquire within for costs to other areas. Please note our staff cannot assist with the assembly of your furniture. All payments must be finalised in store or over the phone before delivery can take place. Please note for security reasons we do not accept cash on delivery.

Although mistakes do happen, we do not take responsibility for any il fitting furniture. Please ensure you measure your space correctly as refunds and exchanges are not available of furniture once they have been taken out of their box.

Yes! A 6 week lay-by is available for all orders under $500 and 8 weeks for all orders over $500. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of lay-by and fortnightly payments are required. Your payments can be made in store, over the phone via credit or debit card, or via direct deposit. Online lay-bys will be dispatched within 48 hours of your final payment and tracking details will be sent to you. Due to low storage space we do not guarantee to have bulky goods in stock prior to the completion date of your lay-by. If you wish to settle your lay-by early and require your goods in stock prior to your completion date, please contact us.

Yes! Provided we can source the product that you wish to purchase, we are happy to order it in for you. All special orders require a non refundable 50% deposit with the balance due when the product arrives in stock. If your final payment is not received within 4 weeks of the stock arriving in store, MLE reserve the right to cancel your special order.

Yes! Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in store and can be redeemed online or in store. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be spent in one transaction..

Yes! Gift wrapping is offered free of charge. If you order requires gift wrapping then please select the option in the checkout. You will then have the opportunity to select Boy, Girl or Gender Neutral paper. Gift cards and gift tags are also available for purchase in the checkout. If you opt to purchase on then please include your message where indicated and our staff are more than happy to complete the card on your behalf.

Yes! Baby Shower registries are available. Please contact us or pop into the store and our staff will be more than happy to assist you with compiling a list of everything you need for your new baby. We will then supply you with copies of the list and cards to enclose in your baby shower invitations. We will endeavour to have all items in stock for your guests to purchase, however due to suppliers stock shortages and delivery delays we are unable to guarantee everything will be in stock.
